Dr Xinxin Du is a trailblazer in Autonomous Vehicle (AV) technologies and currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Venti Technologies, the global leader in AV logistics systems. At Venti, Dr Du leads product development and drive innovations in AV technology across multiple logistics sectors.
His journey began at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), where he earned his B.Eng. in 2011, followed by a stint as an Industrial Engineer at Micron Semiconductor Asia. Eager to delve deeper into AV technology, he pursued a Ph.D. at the National University of Singapore (NUS), specializing in sustainable AV systems. Upon completing his Ph.D. in 2016, Xinxin joined the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART), focusing on deep learning-based perception systems for AVs.
In 2017, he co-founded Venti Technologies with Heidi Wyle (CEO) and MIT professors Daniela Rus and Saman Amarasinghe. With his cutting-edge expertise and entrepreneurial vision, Xinxin is spearheading the development of game-changing AV technology for logistics.
